Before the training can begin, there are a few important factors to take into consideration. What does the participant and/or the company want to achieve through the course? What kind of language support is needed? What form of training and material would benefit the participant(s) the most? At the start of the course, and during it, I carry out a needs analysis that takes into account the style and preferences of both the participant(s) and the employer. The content of a course is always individual. You won’t find any standard course plans in my offer.
